Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Develop plugins, JavaScript components, and Power Automate workflows.
- Configure CRM entities, forms, security, and business processes.
- Integrate CRM with external systems using APIs and Power Platform.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and Power BI solutions.
- Build AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Manage CRM environments, deployments, ALM, and production support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver CRM solutions.
