The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams by analyzing requirements, documenting business processes, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow documents.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
- Perform impact analysis and identify project risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates.
- Drive continuous business process improvements.
