Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead with strong expertise in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, PI Planning, Jira, and Agile delivery. Prior USAA experience is mandatory. The ideal candidate will lead Agile teams, facilitate delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement across enterprise programs.

Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery across multiple teams.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and PI Planning.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- Track risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Coach Agile teams and promote continuous improvement.
- Monitor Agile metrics and delivery progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Drive enterprise Agile best practices and governance.
