Responsibilities

• Design and manage the ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Implement and support ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB modules.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Manage platform security, workflows, and automation.
• Support upgrades, releases, and platform performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
