Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support Agile ceremonies, UAT, and solution validation.
- Assist in ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
- Coordinate issue resolution and project documentation.
- Ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow business solutions.
