Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery.
- Manage multiple projects, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, operations, and business teams.
- Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and governance reviews.
- Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Track project financials, schedules, resources, and delivery health.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and program reviews.
- Support release planning, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
- Leverage AI/GenAI to improve reporting, documentation, and program efficiency.
